The device acts as the central “measurement sensor,” enabling fully automated geometric data acquisition directly on the production line, while ensuring high repeatability and stability in industrial environments.

The system is modular and can be flexibly configured based on part size and factory requirements.
Essentially, CUBE-R functions as an automated optical CMM, enabling continuous high-accuracy inspection while maintaining fast cycle times. With parallel processing and offline programming capabilities, the system can inspect hundreds of parts per day, moving toward 100% inspection instead of sampling.
