A newly developed control box for precise measurement

The new control box has a compact handheld size and a two-finger joystick for easy and free operation. In conventional manual operations, accurate measurements can be challenging due to probe deviation, but with XYZAX mju NEX J, the control box allows for easy positioning and precise measurements.

- The excellent features of XYZAX mju NEX are inherited by XYZAX mju NEX J, such as the smallest footprint in its class, significantly reduced air and power consumption thanks to the hybrid guideway structure equipped with high-rigidity linear guide bars at X, Y (right), and Z axes, and air bearings at the Y axis (left). It adapts well to high environmental conditions by installing dust covers on the X and Y axes and a Z-axis cover on the Z-axis column.

- The automatic probing function allows for highly accurate manual measurements, a capability unique to a machine with a control box, not found in any manual or CNC machine

- The automatic probing function provides the ability to probe with constant speed and measuring force after tilting the control stick. This reduces deviations in probe points and variations in speed and measuring force often encountered in conventional manual measurements performed by manually holding the probe. It enables accurate and stable measurements.
