The Z175 has a non-destructive requirement for a screw-shaped rubber core and a high-precision chrome-plated steel screw core design,

3D MASTER conducts a 3D scan of the twisted rubber core with the deepest depth of the HandyScan Black Elite 3d scanner, then successfully analyzes and designs the rubber prototype,

Validation of design accuracy through 3D printing of a single-core helix assembly that fits the prototype,

After 1  changes in shrinkage from the end customer, 3D MASTER gave 4 axis CNC milling and 5 axis engraving to hand over the finished chrome plated product.
