Temperature Range for Accuracy Assurance / X-Axis Guide Cover For the temperature range ensuring accuracy for XYZAX AXCEL PH, you can choose between 16 – 26 °C (standard) and 15 – 30 °C (optional) (for all sizes). If you choose 16 – 26 °C as the temperature range for accuracy assurance for the 9/15/6 or smaller sizes, you may choose not to use the X-axis guide cover. You can customize the technical specifications according to the installation environment of the measuring machine and your budget.

Base Cover You can also choose to use or not use the base cover to cover the bottom of the machine (when the size of the machine is Z600 and below and not using the optional air vibration isolator). Not using the base cover is cost-effective when you want to keep the initial costs as low as possible.

Measurement and Analysis Software There are two types of measurement and analysis software that you can choose to use for XYZAX AXCEL PH. "CALYPSO" allows you to import CAD models and perform measurements and analysis through graphs. "XYANA2000" is simple operating software that you can use like a vernier caliper.

Probe Components The probe component of XYZAX AXCEL PH can be selected based on whether the measuring position changes automatically or manually, as well as your specific needs, such as using different modules for stylus length, measuring force, etc. (For details, see the next page.)"
