It can be said that copper molding products are the product of a collective. No good craftsman at all stages can not have beautiful products. The first requirement of workers is persistence, careful, meticulous and experience on each stage. For hundreds of years when other industries have changed dramatically because of the development of science and technology, the traditional copper casting is still in its infancy, almost handcrafted. There are four main steps to completing a product.

I. THE PROCESS OF FORMING A COPPER PRODUCT

1) Create a template

3) Material flow

Copper at 1200 degrees Celsius, when the copper reaches the tin + lead + zinc ratio as required, adjusting the temperature to 1250 degrees Celsius, liquid copper meets the requirements and then pouring into the mold.

- When metal is added to each finished product, artisans must have experience mixing metal mixtures together

- For example:

+ For busts: 92% + Tin 5% + Lead 3%

+ For outdoor statues: 85% + Tin 9% + Lead 3% + Zinc 2% + Ni Ken 1%

4) Fill the mold

- Before casting copper and molten alloys into the mold must heat the mold evenly, enough heat for the copper flowing in the mold. This is the hardest part of the experience of the eyes and the judgment of experienced artisans

5) Complete the product

- After the mold is cooled, the molds are removed for grinding, filing, chiseling, cutting, the sample and the artist's eyes must be congruent - the new gas meets the technical requirements, art.
